Return and Refund Policy
You may return new, unopened physical items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization); please contact support@ntech.net to obtain an RMA before sending any item back or initiating a return request. Returns sent without an RMA may experience delays in processing.
Once you have received your RMA, simply log in to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e‑mail once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
We will cover return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For all other returns, shipping fees are non‑refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an invalid or incorrect shipping address provided, a refund will only be processed under one of two conditions: either the package is successfully returned to our address by the carrier, or the courier officially declares the package lost and issues an insurance reimbursement. Please note that couriers do not prioritize return-to-sender shipments, and these transit times can take several weeks or months to arrive back at our address; refunds will not be issued while the package is still in transit.
Software, including binary ROM images, cannot be returned or refunded, due to the virtual nature of the product.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
