Shipping


We ship to most address in the world via United States Postal Service, Federal Express, and UPS shipping options.  Shipping costs are calculated during checkout, and multiple options are offered.  In general, please do not email asking for shipping quotes. Create an order, and the shipping options and costs will be shown on the checkout page.


We apologize, but given the variable nature and rules concerning VAT/GST/Customs/Tariffs/etc. charges, our shipping calculations cover only the costs incurred to physically move the merchandise to your location.


We typically ship twice weekly, Wednesday and Saturday, though some items have longer fulfillment times:


  • Minimally hand assembled items (such as Joysticks) are assembled, calibrated, and tested after order and thus can take a 1 to 2 days to fulfill.
  • If we will be away from the office for any length of time, we will note the delay on the store web site. However, if timing is important, please email us before placing an order to ensure timely delivery.

Most first class and priority mail will take no more than 3 days to continental US locations.  However, if you wish to ship overnight or 2nd day air via Fedex, please let us know before placing the order so we can ensure the order is filled in a timely manner.
