Shipping

We ship to most address in the world via United States Postal Service, Federal Express, and UPS shipping options.  Shipping costs are calculated during checkout, and multiple options are offered.  In general, please do not email asking for shipping quotes. Create an order, and the shipping options and costs will be shown on the checkout page.

We apologize, but given the variable nature and rules concerning VAT/GST/Customs/Tariffs/etc. charges, our shipping calculations cover only the costs incurred to physically move the merchandise to your location.

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1–2 days, though some items require additional fulfillment time:

• Hand‑assembled items (such as items with printed circuit boards) are assembled, calibrated, and tested after the order is placed. Please allow an additional 1–2 days for fulfillment.

• If we will be away from the office for any extended period, a notice will be posted on the store website. Any backordered items or components will be clearly noted in the product description. If timing is important, please feel free to email us before placing an order to ensure we can meet your needs.

Most first class and priority mail shipments arrive within 2–3 business days to continental US locations. However, if you wish to ship overnight or 2nd day air via Fedex, please let us know before placing the order so we can ensure the order is filled in a timely manner.
